Nicaragua Bound!

Living in Central America is fairy simple compared to some places. You can pretty much stay indefinitely as long as you jump from country to country every 90 days. You don't even have to stay, as long as you get your passport stamped. So for our class exit we went to Granada,  Nicaragua. The trip was exciting. 21 students, two teachers, and a few extras bussing 6 hours on winding roads.
The beginning of the trip was hardest for me since I get sickish feeling on windy roads but I took naps and kept going. Ebola just broke out in Texas so I was held up at the border for a bit by the CDC, a good place for me to practice my Central American patience. After a sunny walk and my hour or so hold up I made it to beautiful Nicaragua!

African Dance Lessons

This isn't something that's always available in Sámara, but there's always some sort of dance lesson or work out class available.  This time there was African Dance lessons through CRSMT. It was totally different then I would've expected but it was sooooo fun! I would love another opportunity to dance like that again and it definitely brought out so much excitement over African culture.
