La Fortuna Cataratas

If you are in the La 

Fortuna area please go to the waterfalls. It was $10 to enter the National park but absolutly worth it! To make it cheap, I hitchiked and hiked everywhere, which is totally do-able.

It is quite chilly though so bundle up!

if you walk down to the river and climb around the rocks a bit, you get the best view-but you have to be sneeky, since it's technically not allowed.

you may not want to do it right after Cerra Chato like us though... it is a bit much on the stairs.
